This class will be designed especially for the stay at home mums who want to learn some basic self defence skills, improve fitness and even shed some unwanted kilos. The class will be during the day and will be a set 6 week course. Taught by one of our Black Level Instructors Jeff Day Jeff has Personal Training qualifications and also has extensive experience and knowledge in Health and Nutrician.
