I have known Mark Castagnini personally for many years, and am proud to call him a friend. Mark is a man of outstanding integrity with a heart of gold. Mark is opening a new gym and training facility in Melbourne, and I am sure it will be a success. If I lived in Melbourne it is where I would love to train because of the friendly nature and professional environment that would surround the four walls.
